Overview
The Quantcase connector lets Claude look up Quantcase's research on Indian listed companies, so you can screen stocks, read company briefs and compare industries without leaving the chat.
It covers about 2,000 companies listed on the NSE. For each one it provides Quantcase's scores for management quality, business opportunity and valuation, a research signal, technical levels, financial statements, and statements extracted from earnings calls, investor presentations and annual reports. It covers Indian (NSE) equities only, not US or other markets.
The connector is operated by FU (First Unicorn) Ventures Private Limited, the company behind quantcase.ai.
Before you start
You need a Quantcase account with an active subscription, and a paid Claude plan that supports connectors.
- Quantcase account: sign up at quantcase.ai. You sign in to this account when you connect. Any paid Quantcase plan includes connector access.
- Claude plan: custom and directory connectors need a paid Claude plan. On Team and Enterprise plans, an organization owner may need to enable the connector first.
- No extra software: the connector runs on our servers, so there is nothing to install.
Connect to Claude
You connect once by signing in to your Quantcase account from Claude.
- 1.In Claude, open Settings > Connectors.
- 2.Find Quantcase in the connectors directory and select Connect. Until the directory listing is live, choose to add a custom connector instead and enter the server URL

- 4.Back in Claude, turn the Quantcase tools on for your conversation and start asking questions.
Sign-in uses the standard OAuth 2.0 flow over HTTPS. Quantcase never sees your Claude password, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings > Connectors.
Tools
The connector offers 13 tools. Twelve only read data, and one lets you report a data problem.

Data, coverage and limits
The connector covers NSE-listed Indian companies only, and its data is research output, not a live market feed.
- Coverage: about 2,000 NSE-listed companies. US and other markets are not covered.
- Freshness: research signals, technicals and prices are refreshed daily. Scores and analysis are updated each fiscal quarter, after a company reports, so a brief can lag the latest results by a short time. Each response states the period it covers.
- How signals work: the BUY, ACCUMULATE, HOLD, REDUCE and SELL signals are generated by Quantcase's models from company scores. Entry, stop and target levels are rule-based. They are research output, not personal recommendations.
- Currency and units: amounts are in Indian rupees, with company sizes in crores.
- Responses are sized for chat: most tools return a compact view. Ask Claude for more detail on a company or a section when you need it.
Privacy and security
When you use the connector, Quantcase receives your sign-in and the parameters of each request, such as a ticker or a filter. It does not receive your Claude conversations, memory, chat history or files, and it does not ask for them.
All traffic uses HTTPS, sign-in uses OAuth 2.0, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. If you send a data-issue report, we receive its text, so please leave out personal information. For the full details, read the Quantcase Privacy Policy.
Troubleshooting
Most problems come down to sign-in, the connector being off for the chat, or a ticker Claude could not match.
- The sign-in page does not open or fails: check that you are using your Quantcase account and that your subscription is active. Then disconnect Quantcase in Settings > Connectors and connect again.
- Claude does not use Quantcase: make sure the Quantcase tools are turned on for the conversation, and name Quantcase or an NSE company in your question.
- “Not a covered ticker”: the company is not in our universe or the ticker is wrong. Ask Claude to search for the company by name first.
- No data for a company: newly listed companies may not have a full analysis yet. The response lists the periods that are available.
- A number looks wrong: ask Claude to report it with the data-issue tool, or email us at the address below.
- Team or Enterprise plan: if you cannot find the connector, ask your organization owner to enable it.
